There are 2 damn good carrot cake stalls here at GMM. Both with long queues during Sunday breakfast.

And GMCC here is one of the 2.

Had both their Black & White Carrot cake.

The white carrot cake has crispy egg but the $3 portion was rather small.

Overall, I'd preferred the black Carrot cake.

Also Avaliable at $4/$5 portion

This Beer Battered Haddock fried Fish, has to be one of the best fried fish I ever had, the Batter was so crispy and tasted so damn good, my taste buds felt Battled.

The haddock Fish was also silky smooth within.

Fries were to a crisp, and was not soggy whatsoever.

Large portion @$29 comes with an additional Chunk of Beer Battered Fish.

Double scoops at $2
Cone +$1
Premium flavours +$1

Choose 2 premium flavours, the Roasted Pistachio and the Maple Peacan.

Both where pretty damn good. Especially the Maple Peacan with peacan nuts mixed into the gelato. Roasted Pistachio also damn good, o e of the better tasty Pistachio Gelato I had.

Gelato here melts very quickly though, despite being inside their strong air-conditioned outlet, my Pistachio gelato already dripping.

The sambal stingray was rather good. The sambal chilli was flavourful and truly the reason why everyone still comes back despite the price point.

Stingray was fresh. And the meats slides off when picked with my fork.

This is indeed the $18 large portion. I wonder what the small portion looks like.

Even the sambal portion damn little.

Portion is damn huge. Damn filling for $8

Prawns were fresh. Pork lard amount very generous.

Wok hei taste is damn strong, so strong that the aftertaste in my mouth felt like I just smoked some cigarettes. Strongest wok hei I ever had in my life.

Gets very crowded during lunch time, practically fighting for tables.

Comfort food for the wife, who likes this alot.

Fu Lin YTF original store is quite popular at East coast road, which has been around since the 1990s.

All selection of YTF are not boiled or dipped into soul, they are all fried to crisp, with a thick gravy of meat and mushroom doused over it and served to you.

Gravy was rather thick and flavourful.

A video of this place on Social Media captured my attention, being such a sucker for Sambal Stingray, I had to come here to try it.

Le 樂 Restaurant seems like a place that only recently opened and is located at Tampines Ave 4, which is quite a bustling place late at night, with lots of food options.

1) Sambal Stingray @$15/$18
- Had the $18 portion, the Sambal overflow, Stingray was slightly marinated before cooking, Stingray was fresh. Really not bad.

2) Signature La La Soup @$15
- Generous amount of LaLa, soup was tasty and have that Chinese wine taste. LaLa was fresh, but the soup was just great man

3) Sambal Kangkong @$10(Small)
- Malaysia Style sambal kangkong, a little on the sweeter side of things. Tasted halal, becoz don't have that Pork Lard taste. And $10 for vegetable dish, a bit ex, $8 would have been a better price.

New Hong Kong Delight is a store located at Ayer Rajah Food Centre. Its a typical zhi char store, with affordable pricing.

Was at ARFC recently to eat the sambal stingray at the next unit, and notice plenty of patrons at this stall, and I notice lots of orders for their pork liver.

1) Pork Liver with rice(Ginger Onion Sauce)
- pork liver was tender and was not overcooked whatsoever. Sauce was alsi quite good. @$5, this is really affordable.

2) Hor Fun- Evident Wok Hei, but not flavourful enough, tasted a little bland.

3) Sambal Prawn Omelette- rather good, prawns were bouncy and the sambal wasn't too spicy, but was flavourful.
