Kothu Prata Is basically strips of prata stir fried with onions, chicken bits, curry leaves etc. Quite gelat.
Taste rather good but start to grease out very quickly, can't even finish this. And every 3 Bites of this, I will get to chill on chicken bones.
I would suggest to get the mutton version for this, chewing on chicken bone bits was rather off-putting.
Enaq has always been in my top 3 pratas I ever had in Singapore. Whenever I pass by, it will always cross my mind to drop by for 2 plain pratas.

Other than their crispy prata,Maggie Goreng Egg is one of the popular items here, of the few times I came, noticed a rather few tables ordering this. It was rather flavourful, but not really very fantastic.
Either way, I will always come back here for the Crispy plain Prata.

Coconut ice cream comes with coconut skin bits.
Maple Crisp was good as well, comes with praline bits.
Came on a weekday night, free parking at clementi arcade and no crowds.

The best Chicken Cutlet I will ever have in my life. And it has been a privilege to have eaten this throughout my life, from the mid 90s till today 2023. From back when this Chicken Cutlet was $3.80 till now.
Skin is fried to a crisp. Their creamy coleslaw is very very good as well.

The Chicken here at clementi 308 has been good thru-out my life. Skin is fried till crisp. The batter has a truly unique and nostalgic taste that I have not had anywhere else.

For $12.80, it is indeed very steep, but what u get here is an excellent plate of Ayam Berempah Nasi Lemak.
The Chicken Breast was very fresh, texture like steam chicken but with a fried juicy taste to it. Meat was not dry whatsoever.
Having had both the leg and breast menu item, I would still go with the leg though, its cheaper and the meat is more juicier.
The Berempah as usual, is very good here.

Lemak Chilli Padi comes with an entire thigh and drumstick. The chicken as usual here is tender and cooked just right.
The lemak Chilli Padi menu item is basically a dry curry chicken, almost like rendang. And its damn spicy and shiok. And its only on menu on Monday-Wednesdays only.
Price a little steep if u ask me, $14.80 for nasi lemak.
Noticed theres a Price increased since last visit, Ayam Berempah leg nasi lemak used to be $8.80, then it was $9.80, now $11.80 already.
Still felt a tad too sweet.
Egg still crispy.
Still quite a decent carrot cake.
Next time will get the white one instead

Hoy Yong has been around for over 40 years. As a Clementician since birth, Had memories of eating at this Zhi Char place since young.
This is by far, in my opinion, one the best Zhi Char store in Clementi.
And one of my favourite dish here is the Mongolian Tofu. The sauce is so flavourful, tofu was silky smooth with chunks of Tender chicken thigh.

Gets very crowded during lunch time, and I am glad they have expanded their seating capacities.
The chicken Rice stall has been around at diginity kitchen since it opened.
The Rice was fragrant, Chicken was tender and flavourful. Their Chilli and Ginger Sauces were on point as well.
