Love the flavour of the Suan Cai, on the spicier side with the peppercorns but love the kick. Fish slices quantity is decent. Ordered the quantity for 1-2 pax and did not opt to add other ingredients and did not eat with rice. Will probably need to add other ingredients (there’s 4 other Ala carte ingredients which you can add in: mushrooms, noodles, etc.) and rice to make a complete meal. Kind of pricey at $49 but would pay to eat again as love the flavours.

Also ordered the Egg coated glutinous rice rolls with brown sugar, nice however overpriced.

Love the extra touch of complimentary roselle tea with orange peel where you could pick up the amount of ingredients from the station.

My SIL bought the Mont Blanc for our family gathering. One of the better Mont Blanc around, rich chestnut flavour, smooth texture, not overly sweet. Better than Angelina patisserie’s IMO.

Second time here for brunch. Had the soft shell crab linguine which was superb! Nice touch of acidic from the tomato which kept me wanting me. Soft shell crab added nice crunch texture to the dish.

Quick bite before my appointment, food was served in 20 mins from placing order. Ordered the bonito tonkatsu ramen. Consistent standards. Like that you could choose doneness of your noodles.

Repeated customer. Their skewers are one of the better ones around and their dishes too. Specially love their special beef skewers with marinated green chili; beef pieces alternating with a piece of green chili gives the ultimate kick. Also another of my favourite is the 干煸土豆丝 (thin slices of fried potato with chili and spices), super addictive. All their dishes go well with beer judging from more than half the tables dining are drinking beer while eating.

Prepared to queue during peak dining hours. Ambience wise, chill place with good air circulation outdoors.

Interesting concept where you could customize your ingredients with your choice of soup base.
Comforting for a rainy day. I had the DIY 酸菜经典配搭 - would prefer stronger flavours.

Came here for after dinner drinks. Good selection of wines. Ordered a cheese platter to nibble while drinking wine. Nice ambience.

Would come back to try their main course another time.

Didn’t know there was a promo for free flow of beer for 2 hours with table purchase before GST of $200.

As my table of 4 pax managed to reach $200 before GST there we enjoyed the beer buffet. Only Stella Artois draft beer was included in the beer buffet.

We ordered a variety of beef bbq dishes, Saba fish, fried squid and kimchee pancake. All was yummy and filling for 4 pax.

First time trying the fried pork organs (offals) porridge. Has a flavourful wok hei. Ingredients were nicely cooked, not overly.

Repeat customer - always will order the fish maw ban mian dry + minced meat. The fish maw will be cooked in the soup therefore super shiok to drink this collagen filled soup after slurping the noodles. Portion just nice for 1 pax. The seasoning (+chili; homemade) compliments well with the noodles and ingredients (marinated minced meat, braised mushroom slices, veg, ikan bilis and friend shallots).

Their homemade chili is also sold at their stall.

No matter how long the queue and how busy, the lady boss who takes orders appears unflustered. Love that she will issue you a queue number and will beep the queue number once your order is ready.

Highly recommended! Prepare to wait during peak dining hours. Do note they do have split shift usually about ?2pm/3pm where they can finally take a break and have their lunch.

Decent Tze char in industrial estate. Packed during dinner time. Prices were reasonable.

There’s complimentary popcorn, beancurd and ice cream station for every dining patron.

Mee goreng was yummy, not overly sweet with nice touch of spice, doneness of noodles just right, not too soft with some texture. Pork ribs on the other hand was tad too sweet for my liking.
