Finally visited this coffee place though I stay nearby. Fairly crowded on a Saturday afternoon around 2 plus and we could see that many were regulars. Staffs were really friendly. Ice white was on the stronger side but the way I liked it. Great pick-me-up for an lazy weekend afternoon. The Hojicha latte had a very unqiue taste but it was pleasant, tea was on the stronger side as well. Menu was quite extensive too. Definitely will come back again as we really liked the cozy vibe here.

Suddenly had cravings for desserts after dinner so ended up here. The cakes are of great quality that macthes their price. Can tell that the ingredient used were fresh and werent left at the counter for too long. Tiramisu cake was just the right amount of bitter and sweet, alcoholic taste wasn't very strong but quite light on the taste buds. Probably wrong call to order the strawberry field cake with the strawberry milk shake cause after awhile we were strawberry 'overdosed'. It got abit sickening and we didnt finish both of the items. Overall, a really chill place to get cakes after dinner, wasnt very crowded on a weekday night.

Beyond doing its magic again to this cozy pasta joint in marina square! The prawns were fresh in both the pasta. Pastas flavours were on the heavier side but we liked it. Portion was sufficient with 5 big tiger prawns. Their menu available for Beyond was extensive and theres's no GST and service charge! Definitely will come back to try others.

Crowded on a Friday evening at about 8.30 pm, had to put our names down in the waiting list. Staffs were all very polite and friendly despite the large crowd. There was a wide range of desserts and beverage to choose from! The C3 cheese cake was rich and not too sweet. We added too much rum into our tiramisu and half way through the dessert it was a bit sickening. But luckily the tea lessen the guilt and the sweetness of the dessert. Probably will come back to try others at off peak hours as its a really nice place to chill with affordable Beyond deal.

Mentaiko Salmon Don

Got the smaller sizes to try. Serving was just nice cause we werent very hungry however think next time when we come back we might get the regular bowl if its normal meal time. We both preferred the mentaiko as the perfectly torched sauce was so rich and flavourful which went really well with the salmon cubes and the rice, though the freshness and texture of the salmon was overshadowed by the sauce. For the salmon don, it tasted like how it looked in the picture. Salmon cubes were fresh and came in huge chunks which was really satisfying while savouring them. Staffs were efficient and friendly too. Beyond made it really worth for the quality of the meal provides, will definitely come back again!

Nothing special about this meal, just normal bkt with some side dishes. Actually find it abit expensive for the portion and quality but it’s a shop in a shopping mall, so this justify for the price? To be honest can find way better quality BKT with the amount paid.

Buffet $18.80++

Will always come back here when I wanna feel Korean or crave some Korean rice cake and kimchi fried rice. We always ask staffs to help us mix the sauce for our rice cake stew. There are a great variety of rice cakes and other ingredients (e.g. vegetables, luncheon meat and sausage, etc) for your stew. My favourite one will always be the rice cake with cheese fillings! They also have some finger fried food available, dip them into the stew for the full Korean experience! Loving the skewer fish cakes too as I will spam the soup in case the rice cake stews got a bit sickening towards the end. Always end with some kimchi fried rice where I will add a lot of kimchi and seaweed for the authentic flavour! Have to say the price is really affordable for this buffet as food are of superb quality with free flow drinks.

Dinner Buffet $96++

Colony is a spot where you definite will land on when you google best hotel buffet in Singapore. All items available at the Ice Bar were fresh and of superb quality e.g. the Alaska king crab and poached live prawns. The cooked session did not disappoint too with a great variety of local and international cuisine. The highlight of my meal were the A La Plancha Boston Lobster , the steam custard bun and the bailey ice cream. It was such a pity my stomach couldn't accommodate all the food I wanna try. Service was excellent too, with very friendly and efficient servers who were always attentive to our needs and request! The colony is definitely an awesome place to go to when you feel like pampering your family, friends and yourself for a special occasion.

Second time redeeming the Beyond deal. Soft shell Crab Burger just tasted like how its supposed to be, no surprises but ingredients were fresh and plentiful. But the Tomyum Seafood Pasta was a pleasant surprise. Tomyum was infused nicely into the perfectly cooked pasta, not spicy and very flavourful instead. Staffs were very efficient and friendly, and there's free flow of water available. Prices were affordable and Beyond made it even more worth it! Indoor seats were full when we reached at about noon on a sunday. Will definitely go back again for their Tomyum Seafood Pasta!

The high tea set cost $20++ regardless of the price of the dessert and drinks you ordered. Super yummy pancakes and waffle for some afternoon pig out sessions! Their pancakes are on the tougher side but was buttery and fragrant, sourness and sweetness of the berries and syrup was well balanced. Waffle was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The cafe is really generous on the ingredients and portion, both of us couldnt finish the desserts at the end. Think this set is good enough for 3 pax! Thanks to Beyond, there are so many nice places I can chill and have some great food at during the weekends :)

Another jem on Beyond! Cafe with chic interior design along the stretch of shop houses at Tanjong Katong road. Visited around 1PM on a Sat afternoon and it was almost filled. Food quality went way above out expectation. Prawns and scallops in Seafood Aglio Olio were so fresh and flavourful, pasta was cooked till the perfect texture. Grilled chicken with the rosti was tender and juicy and with good composition of carbs, greens and proteins. Portion was good though both dishes were on the oily side. Coffee was strong but fragrant, the super cute latte art really made my day! So glad I visited this cafe though its a bit far for me, will try to visit again when I am around the area. Very satisfying brunch and weekend!

A very chic and cozy joint for coffee, love the minimalist interior deisgn. Staffs were all very friendly. Went at around 145pm on a Sunday noon was quite empty initially but got really crowded after 30 mins. Guess it's quite popular. But it wasnt hard to find the reason why as the coffee was really good. No joke when I saw reviews mentioning their coffee was really strong, cause I felt the kick of the caffeine on the first sip but it was aromatic and smooth. They served us water beside the coffee we ordered too. Really a good deal with Beyond, such a nice place to chill with good coffee. Will definitely pay them a few more visits!
