I'm putting it out there right now, YOU NEED TO COME HERE FOR THEIR UNAGI BENEDICT ($23++). But otherwise, our kurobuta "pork cheek" ragout (???) ($19++) was quite mehhh... Best thing about the dish was the fungus so like basically nothing much. DON'T let that deter you from the real deal tho aka the unagi Benedict. A fantastic fusion dish that combines fried mantou with that umami from the unagi and a whole dollop of an amazing yuzu hollandaise. Every mouthful was an ooh and ahh!

The whiff of rich tantalizing seafood hits you the moment you walk in & it's hard not to feel jelly as you see the tables beside you pile up with bundles of prawns, crabs, crawfish, mussels etc. coated with the most amazing sauces!! Featured above is the crawfish combo ($78++) that I think is worth every cent! We also had some fantastic crab cakes ($18.20++) and kickass Cajun fries ($8++). Trust me when I say this is a place that won't disappoint!

Quite simple Korean fried chicken that's as good as any other. Doesn't stand out especially but always good when you need your fix of succulent fried chicken slathered in sweet & spice! Plus fried chicken and beer combo never goes wrong!

So lucky that we managed to catch them while they wer having their toro promotion! But honestly, even without the promo, this place definitely stands out as the Japanese buffet with HIGHEST VALUE! Sashimi on point, rolls on point, stir-fries on point & pan-fries on point! What's not to love?!

Oh my gosh! Can't tell you how happy I am to have discovered this place! I finally have a serving size big enough to satisfy my piggy cravings for Acai! Truly an amazing find in holland v and I definitely would recommend this place for some healthy breakfast, brunch or dessert! Sorry project Acai but don't think I'll be visiting anytime soon with Haakon around!

Fresh seafood was really enjoyable but the jap menu was quite mediocre. Would suggest skipping the chirashi dons and maybe order some sashimi/sushi that you personally like instead. Would also suggest that U FOCUS ON THE IMPORTANT THINGS aka FRESH SEAFOOD.

Always ready for some paradise dynasty cause that's just how much I love it. Besides their signature flavoured xlbs, do venture to try the chili oil vinaigrette dumplings, the noodles and basically I'm an advocate for everything on their menu. Yes yes yes!

As the title suggests, I truly do not get it. What's the fuss with this place? Did I order the wrong things? Did the standards drop drastically or smth? This place is no from me (unless you're desperate for dimsum after a night out).

Biting through the crispy skin and into the soft and succulent duck was an unforgettable experience. The smell and taste of the delicious herbs blankets the duck in rich flavour and seduces your tastebuds. Promptly finished the rest of the half duck with my mate.

Without doubt the best xlb I have found thus far. The travel to resorts world can be a bit of a hassle but find the foodie in you and OVERCOME WORLDLY BARRIERS for that XLB!

Despite the flack that this place has received in recent years, there hasn't been a liusha bao that has satisfied my tastebuds as well as this one. This is the basis of comparison that I use for all my liushabaos just cause this tastes like childhood heaven. The dough is just the right texture of chewiness and the saucey goodness inside is DELECTABLE. Truly one of my first loves.

Imma focus on the liusha bao here real quick and TBH it is a decent take on this crowd favourite but personally, I'm more about the chewy doughy paus then the soft fluffy kind that's offered here. The sauce was also a little bit sweeter than I would have preferred. Overall, pretty decent dimsum.
