Honestly, what really made the meal ($8) fantastic was the perfect combination of springy mee pok, the generous servings of mined pork, pork slices, pork livers, meatballs and dumplings AND the amazing sauce with that splash of vinegar that cuts through the meatiness of the dish. Nevertheless, probably wouldn't come back cause I went 30mins before opening and still ended up queueing for 2hrs.

We tried all the three fishes on offer: Red Grouper ($8), Pomfret ($9) and Mackerel ($5.50). While all three bowls were equally delicious, my personal preference was still the Mackerel bowl. It's value-for-money and it's the only fish with that nice, firm texture that I associate with fish slice soup!

Came here to try the highly raved Chilled Pigs Ear & Cucumber ($10) but left with a stomach full of amazing dishes like the Cabbage and Pork Dumplings ($8-10?), Roasted Eggplant ($2.50), Pork Ribs ($16), Tomato & Egg ($8), Mapo Tofu ($10???) and also tried the Chicken Gizzard Skewers ($1/ea). Would have loved to try more of their BBQ skewers if not for the fact that we underestimated the portion sizes. Be careful tho, every dish comes drenched with oil. Definitely save this for those cheat days.

Probably one of the best butter squids I've ever tried. Cereal chicken, stir fried French beans and the jing du pork ribs also come highly recommended! It's an experience that can't be missed! (Plus the affordable pricing doesn't hurt too!)

An amalgamation of the best Singaporean comfort food that a person can possibly ask for! Only thing I would have done different would be to invite more kakis so we'd be able to tackle the chicken rice and satay bee boon!

Skewers and half pints going for $1 till 30 April! Don't say bojio! Amazing deal for the yummy and flavorful skewers that you'll be getting and our personal favorites included the chicken skin (in teriyaki), the garlic flower and leeks in spicy kimchi and the chicken skewers in all their different flavors!

With a flavorful broth, generous servings of 料 and perfectly cooked mee sua, this is one bowl ($5) of heartwarming goodness that fills you right up! Plus it probably makes for some pretty good drunk food!!

Got the 加料 bowl for $5 & it definitely lived up to the hype! Light, sweet and yet still flavorful, the hot soup was perfect for the recent chilly weather! But what really stood out was the generous serving of savory and hearty ingredients that included the succulent and crunchy prawn balls that they're known for. Would come back! + would 100% ask the Aunty if I can 加料再加料!

Pretty good and flavorful broth and nice tender chashu slices but really nothing too amazing. Good for a quick fix or if you're around the area and craving ramen.

Very pleased that the queueing was worth it! The succulent and moist chicken meat coated with a soy-marinated silky skin was an absolute delight! Char siew and siew yoke were pretty decent as well! Would recommend u SKIP THE RICE and opt for noodles/hor fun because they come tossed in the most wonderfully seasoned sauces! S/O to the chili as well!

Ordered a variety of wonderful dishes but really want to stress how the pancakes here are the absolute absolute best! The Pancakes ($16?) are crispy on the edges but soft and fluffy inside! They're perfectly seasoned and accompanied with the most exciting sauce! Highly recommend for all k-food lovers!
