Tried their steaks (denver and deckle), very tasty, juicy and flavourful. Ordered a Malbec that went very well with the steaks. The sides (broccolini and mushrooms) were also delicious. Very chill place, good for dates. On the pricier side, but you get what you paid for. Worth a try!

The food was amazing and there is an extensive wine selection. We started with the grilled ox tongue which was really tasty. For the mains, we tried the port wine that pairs superbly with the black Angus short rib steaks. The ambiance of the place is perfect for dates and business dinners. Will definitely come back.

The restaurant is walking distance from Kovan MRT Station. Prices are affordable with a good selection of appetisers, skewer and dons. Highly recommend starting with the tamago with mentaiko sauce and scallop. The wagyu skewer also paired nicely with the Yuzu fizz. Will come back.

The pork was really well flavoured along with the wagyu beef with onsen egg dip. Staff were also really friendly and nice. Recommend to try the pork and wagyu beef here. Will come back again.

The Dumplings come in so many different variations (my favourite was the beef one) but I would say that the zharkou, traditional Russian stew was the highlight of the night.

The fruit punch and rye drink pair nicely with the food and was also something worth trying on their own (very unique flavours).

The staff were really friendly and nice too :)

The restaurant has a nice quiant ambiance that's ideal for dates and outings with friends. Tried the Beef striploin which was really good. Would recommend.

I visited this place when their duck confit was still $13, and now it's $23. So at minimal I would expect a similar standard, if not better since they had a few years to improve. But they actually deproved to my disappointment. The duck confit used to be really tender and moist, with a truffle mashed potato. But now, the mashed potato has no truffle smell and the duck is on the drier side, though still pretty tender. Had the pork dish as well, but turned out to be really fatty as the fats were not well rendered. Also, they do not serve water. You got to buy a dasani bottled water. Maybe they're trying to copy the Europeans, but well, we're in Singapore. For the price I'm paying, I deserve water. To their credit they do serve a small bread basket as an appetiser for free. But I'd rather get water over bread basket honestly.

Maybe I came on a bad day, but I was pretty disappointed.

Came here twice actually, once during lunch and once during dinnertime. The lunch set is definitely much more worth it than dinner, as you get a tiny side dish of pickled radish and clam miso soup. I got the iberico pork jowl the first time and wow it was goooooood.

The second time had the beef, and it was not so good as there some beef pieces that were too tough to chew properly, though still flavourful. Definitely recommend this place for lunch!

Was looking for a cafe randomly around Pasir Panjang and came across this place. Am pleasantly surprised by how good the food was! Scrambled eggs on croissant with caramelised bacon, though sounds like your typical cafe food, was soooo tasty! Their tom yam pasta was also pretty good according to my friend. The pork noodle was decent, though my friend said the pork was quite tough.

The drinks though, are on the average side. Nothing to shout out about. Their basque cheesecake was also soso only. But food wise 👍

Really nice ambiance for a date. The steaks are on point and pair really well with their foie gras. The staff were friendly and picked out a nice wine to pair with my food.

Visited while they are having a 1-for-1 pasta deal, which I think is really worth visiting the restaurant for.

Had the truffle carbonara and pomodoro crab. Both tasted good for me, though I would say nothing mindblowing. I would prefer my pasta a little softer, but that's just personal preference. Personally preferred the truffle carbonara.

The restaurant has chill vibes and can be romantic for couples too. Place was actually pretty filled for a Thursday night. The rösti is definitely filling, and they were generous with the cheese. The malakov had a good cheese burst, and the salad that came with it was great for balancing out the entire dish. The spätzli though intially tasted a bit bland, I found nyself constantly reaching for it after a while. Beef tartare was not really what I expected, hence didn't really like the taste of it.

Overall I enjoyed myself here. Place is on the pricey side.
