Oscar's was having a national day ala carte buffet promotion and I wanted to try the concept. Turned out I do like the ala varte buffet style of ordering for your food and having them come out plated just for you. Food was hot when it should be, cold when it should be too, and I really enjoyed all the items I ordered, except for some desserts that missed the mark.
Some dishes to highlight would be the pork slider, ribeye, truffle pasta, duck confit, burrata, creme brulee, strawberry shortcake and macarons.
Overall, I highly recommend this buffet. Just remember to go on a super empty stomache because you will be very full!
I was getting bored of cafe food as the menu is kinda the same. But Bread Yard managed to put a spin onto your classics, definitely helps that the food were delicious too! Highly recommend pulled pork eggs ben (pork was well marinated with a delicious spicy sauce) and salmon bowl (salmon was cooked well and the whole bowl tasted good together).
Service was also friendly despite how busy the staff were. Highly recommend! But beware of long queues esp with burpple promo.
Brought the family over as we were craving peranakan food and were not disappointed. Food was tasty. Highly recommend ngoh hiang, babi pong tay and beef rendang. Ayam buah keluak was delicious but the smokey taste may not suit everybody.
Free flow rice, water and side dish with 2.80/pax cover charge so not bad too.
Highly recommend pork jowl, mentaiko rösti and hokkaido scallops. Skewers were a bit too salty for me. Interesting concept of serving Japanese food in tapas form. On the pricey side.
