Mild salty soy-sauce flavor and good texture on the bee hoon. The lime adds a nice freshness to the dish, while the Sambal just adds a good level of heat. 3.5/5

Well seasoned fried rice that is not too salty and has a nice chewy texture. Decent amount of salted fish, beansprouts, crabmeat, and to top it off, the perfectly cooked egg. 3.5/5
