The meat dishes were absolutely outstanding, as they were flavourful and super well-marinated. The stand-outs were the chicken wings, sliced pork belly and meat platter with various marinated meats.
We were also treated to fresh seafood, including sliced fish, baby octopus, cuttlefish, new zealand mussels, bamboo clams, lala clams, crab and fresh prawns.
Other dishes you can get in the buffet are coriander pork balls, fishball with roe, USA sliced beef and so much more.

A really impressive cake, its lychee and rose flavours are pretty on point and really fragrant. The cake has a bit of a spongey, moist texture and its presentation is great too!

@harcheongguy.sg is a newly opened takeaway joint specialising in har cheong gai (prawn paste chicken). They also have other menu items like fried chicken sliders and fried rice! I got their titular Har Cheong Gai wings and these smelt amazing the entire time I had them.
The wings were fried on the spot, making them piping hot and crispy. The chicken meat was really juicy and the skin was very well seasoned. Some really great har cheong gai that I would most certainly get again.

A little steep in price given the small size of this drink, but really refreshing and citrusy. Really great for those who love strong and natural fruity flavours!

Unfortunately I found this to be really disappointing. The risotto tasted really bland and tbh it reminded me more of porridge than risotto. The presentation was also a little underwhelming. Though the truffle element wasn’t very strong, I think for the price, its a fair dish. Would probably go for something else next time!

This was so good. The brioche buns were buttery and fluffy while the pulled pork was tender, yet sweet and savoury. The curly fries were also ultra crispy and well seasoned. A really great dish that I would return for!

These are basically normal fries lol they're even served with ketchup. Not worth the price, can't taste the truffle and the fries themselves werent of exceptional quality or anything.

My friend got this, it comes with a whole egg yolk. I found it to be creamier than the former risotto, but the taste isn't as cheesy imo. Still really good!

Comes with prosciutto and the ingredients of a caprese salad (tomatoes, mozzarella). The risotto is so creamy and full of flavour, tastes a lot like parmesan. It gets a but jelak afterwards but seriously good.

Ive had this pie 3 times now and each time I'm impressed. The tart base is really unique as its a combo of flaky and crunchy tart crusts. So buttery and fragrant. The chocolate filling is rich with both a chocolatey and malty taste. The marshmallows are also really delightful, soft and bouncy.

🍦Yuzu Ice Cream ($8)
The consistency is a little more icy than regular ice cream, kinda like sorbet. The yuzu taste is strong and it's pretty refreshing and citrusy.
