Press on, Monday is almost over! πͺπΌ
No wonder people were saying how stuffy it is (despite the wind blasting from every corner and smacking my face continuously hahaha). Really liked the "hippy" atmosphere, too bad didn't stay Long enough to enjoy the band βΉοΈ
Though I'm on team "Bak Chor Mee" but Fishball Story is really another story π Fish skin was crunchy, fishball that goes boing boing, & right proportion of Chili and pork lard for the noodles. π
May I comment that the egg whites were so fluffy as if it were clouds? βοΈπ
π ) Pretty amazed at how BreadTalk could produced these 2-bite sized tiny goodness. Rather value for money π looks like confectioneries are upping their game π (P.s need to try Prima Deli's tarts)
If you looked up "Sous-vide", it actually means a cooking method whereby food is sealed in airtight plastic bags & then placed in a water bath. I clearly remembered doing this dish back in my culinary days and I vividly remember the strong flavours. While I was having this dish, it kind of evoked some of these memories π
Shall not being so lor-so (Long-winded), the beef cheek was very tender as it retains the moisture of the meat. Potatoes & carrots served as good additions to the dish. Would have preferred more sauce as I thoroughly enjoyed it! π Happy Friday to everyone! π
As my Best Friend once said, "Tough times don't last, Tough people do." Stay focus on attaining your dreams & one day you'll get there! πͺπΌπ

Probably I wouldn't make a visit (especially to Changi Airport) just for this dish.
Earl Grey Donuts with Butter Popcorn Softserve [$15] β’
Was a little skeptical on my second visit, but was pleasantly surprised with this dish and completely changed my perception of the unflavourful mochi donuts.
The Earl Grey taste was still identifiable though I would have preferred it to be stronger. The chocolate in the Earl Grey donut solved my issue of 'bland' mochi donuts. Paired with a lighter softserve, making the dish less 'gelak'. Pleasant experience this time round.
