This was pretty memorable - perfectly caramelized, chunky lean meat that struck a good balance between juicy and firm, albeit some parts towards the end got abit dry (though I suspect it's due more to it being blown at with gusto by a ceiling fan). I like that the portion was sizeable and the edges of the meat were perfectly roasted without being burnt.

Thomson Prawn Noodles

Pretty good! The soup was clearer than your usual prawn noodles, which personally I prefer.

Turns out the tomyum noodles is only open till 4pm, so tried the zi char food instead. This mince meat salted fish mee tai mak really hit the spot, the soup was really light yet flavourful! 😋

I forgot the name of the stall, it's the one with a long queue near Ruji. Always saw people eating it, finally decided to try. Ended up queuing 20 minutes.. It was pretty special and different from your usual ytf, would queue again when I have time!

That means half burrata cheese served with Parma ham (30-month) and Italian cherry tomatoes.

Yum. Everything comes together for a wonderful palate. Fresh and orgasmic. I got a thang for cold cuts so this is perfffff.
