Pickled herring, gravad lax, vasterbottenpaj... Swedish midsommar goodness

Pulled pork with fried onions on potato roll, served with "pulled pork fondue". Pulled pork and onions were flavorful. "fondue" was the drippings from the pulled pork, but we were not sure if we were meant to dip the burgers in it.

Burger on potato roll with cream cheese, guacamole and pickled onions. The guacamole was more like sliced avocado and the portion smaller than expected but tasty. Might have done better with cheddar cheese instead of cream cheese.
