This zichar stall serves up really good food and is very generous with the portion so this is rather affordable (portion looks smaller in this pic than it actually is). There were bits of salted egg as well in the sauce so it seems like the sauce was made for scratch. A really good find!
*This came with free seaweed and egg drop soup as well.
Super worth with the Burpple Beyond 1-for-1! Went during lunch and had the mushroom risotto, truffle furikake pasta and additional side of stuffed portobello (it was stuffed with even more mushrooms and cheese). It was very filling we were stuffed after that, only paid $20 per person at a place with a lovely ambience!
We didn’t manage to try the cocktails but would definitely want to give it a go as they looked and sounded very interesting!
I don’t understand the hype about this place because these were heavily overpriced... I Guess they weren’t bad but their price was just a no go imo...
This was not the best because the matcha flavour was watered down heavily. It felt like they added a lot of water with not much milk/matcha.
The pancakes were a little disappointing. It had a cakey texture with a weird after taste. The rest of the dish were okay. This was $22 before the burpple discount, but worth a skip to try other items on the menu instead!
Each element of this was executed quite nicely - crispy tater tots, creamy scrambled eggs and fluffy pancakes. Super huge portion so this could probably be shared between 2 people.
Really loved the texture of the hand-pulled mee Hoon kway. Also really liked that they were very generous with the ingredients eg tofu and veggies, so it wasn’t a bowl of mocked meat. The soup wasn’t the authentic tomyum of course but was still very tasty!
Honestly speaking, this doesn’t look the most appetising. It looked very gooey and starchy with a pale colour. Though it was tasty, the portion was small as well. We came when they were having their 1-for-1 mains promotion but I don’t think it’s worth the full price.
The most affordable croque monsieur out there! Loved how they were so generous with the cheese and bechamel sauce, which was gooey after heating it up 😋this was very filling so if you have a small appetite, this is good for sharing.
If you’re a coconut lover, this is for you! The coconut shavings went very well with the banana. Paired with their sourdough, this made a really nice breakfast dish or even a side to share with your friend.
A healthy dish which didn’t scrimp on flavour! The yogurt dip was unique and refreshing and went really well with the melted cheese.
This place has a really nice atmosphere with friendly staff. A chill place to hang out with your friend for a meal or even for desserts and coffee!
Highly recommend this pizza if you’re a truffle lover! The tomato base really balanced the strong truffle flavour, making this pizza a really palatable one. Do come during their lunch promo as they have 1-for-1 mains from 12-2pm (if I remember correctly). SUPER value-for-money with their promo! It seems to run every day as well.
