Coconut Lychee Cooler / Pineapple Orange Tango The Coconut Lychee Cooler falls short with an artificial-tasting coconut syrup that overpowers its homemade lychee juice and sparkling water. Meanwhile, the Pineapple Orange Tango is refreshing, perfectly balanced with pineapple juice, orange wedges and a fizzy ginger ale twist.

Chips de Canela Served warm, the crispy flour tortillas were coated in cinnamon sugar and paired with vanilla ice cream, chocolate hazelnut sauce, and fresh fruits. But sadly, the flavours didn’t quite come together. The tortilla was overwhelmingly dominant and despite all the toppings, I found it hard to taste much else and I ended up not finishing it 》$16

Disappointing They no longer sell bagels but the burpple still says they do; travelled all the way down and was disappointed. Do take note if you plan to head down, they only do the box of six now.

Truffle Beef Bagel ($15.90) We got their truffle beef bagel ($12.90+$3) at the Burpple Food Street on Saturday! Lunch crowd had just rolled in and the wait for 2 bagels was more than 30 min 😓. We were also surprised by the size as it was much smaller compared to the ones given to our friend who had ordered earlier 🤷🏻‍♀️. The beef was cooked well, tender but bordering on chewy. Would give a pass on the truffle the next time as it wasn’t prominent (probably just truffle oil) and not worth the additional $3.

Thai Green Tea Crepe Cake ($9) I wanted to buy cake last 2 week ago but then I just wanted to eat outside instead at home. But the crepe cake was quite milky and creamy. It's just so good enough with sauce and the thai green tea sauce can enhance well with the cake to avoid dryness. But I didn't fridge the cake and sauce that time so the sauce was turned to waterish state.

mango cake with coconut sauce ($9.00) used burpple at their bugis outlet which sadly only allowed takeaways. the plates they used for dine-ins were so pretty so we rly wanted to dine-in but bopes their packaging q nice if you bringing home and they pack their sauce into these cute bags so you can pour onto the cake yourself at home. the box they used can’t be disassembled though so it was q hard for us to eat bc we ate it outside. the cakes also melted q quickly i liked this cake a bit better than their thai milk tea cake bc at least it tasted like mango but my friend didn’t like the artificial mango flavour that this cake had. there were a few cubes of actual mango in this cake but they didn’t taste that great either. the coconut sauce was v watery and also didn’t have much taste

Cookies & Ice Cream Milkshake ($8) I loved the super creamy texture! If you’re a fan of cookies and cream, you’ll enjoy this flavour. The milkshake was not one bit icy at all - from the start till end it was just purely creamy, with the taste of cookies and cream. Yes I would order it again! Visited on a weekday afternoon and it wasn’t crowded, as there are many seats around. Service is not too bad as well. The Burpple deals are super worth it here too!

The natural surroundings add a refreshing escape, setting the scene for a relaxing afternoon high tea. The high tea set itself was a nice balance of local flavors and sweet indulgences. For savory bites, the Mushroom Tartlet was delightfully earthy, the Satay Chicken Croissant had a light touch of spice, and the Chili Crab Kueh Pie Tee added an adventurous flair with its classic Singaporean flavors. As for the sweets, each item brought its own unique character. The White Chocolate Crémeux paired beautifully with a tart raspberry compote, while the Buttery Scone had an irresistible crumb, enhanced by zesty lemon curd and airy honey-whipped butter. The Blueberry Almond Tart featured creamy mascarpone, and the Peach & Lychee Vanilla Cake felt light and summery. The Salted Caramel Macaron added a sweet-salty crunch, but my favorite of the day had to be the Strawberry Shortcake! Its layers were light, fruity, and just the right amount of sweet to leave a lasting impression. What’s more, every meal is made to order as you like it. You can go for either the Single ($9.50), Double ($13.50), Triple ($17.50) or the Quad ($21.50) depending on how hungry you are. All burgers come loaded with fresh condiments such as lettuce, tomato, mayo, mustard, relish, onions, and pickles.

Fatburger Single & Chili Cheese Fries I love burgers and try to try as many as I can. I think Fatburger fills the spot between cheap fast-food burgers and specialised burger bars. At this price point, this burger had not much to complain. The beef was not as flavourful as the best, but was juicy and thick. They have other sizes, hence the name, but the single wasn't small. Next time I'll add an egg or something. The fries were fine, but you can skip the chili because the fries are good. Their chili was spicier than others I've eaten.
