Double Scoop Ice Cream - $8
·
It’s a combination of lunar new year flavours, nan gao waffle with 2 scoops of local Chinese flavour ice cream, Pei Pa Koe (Loquat) Mint & Chrysanthemum Goji Berries. One for the minty chill, another for the earthy flavour to balance out the sweetness. Added Yuzu Fizz ($5) for a shiok ending

Nanyang Fried Nasi Lemak - $9.90
·
Nasi Lemak is one of the local cuisine we would think of, but fried nasi lemak is new to me! Fried rice with fried chicken combo doubles the shiokness. Missing the DTF chilli for the perfection. Finishing the meal with a bowl of Chendol ($3.50), for a sweeter ending

Sansho Chicken w Teriyaki Glaze - $14.90
·
ION is a food paradise but finding a restaurant during lunch time without long waiting time is hard, moreover offering set lunch option. I love the thick cut chicken, which is flavourful. Tempura eggplant luckily wasn’t oily. Ratio’s lunch deal allows you to add a drink for $2. I picked shaken ice lemon tea, which is refreshing

Café Kitsuné fox shortbread - $4
Yuzu pistachio strawberry entremet - $13
·
Pistachio dessert with burst of sweet sour flavours, thanks to the citrusy yuzu and strawberry. The shortbread comes in 4 flavours: plain, matcha, chocolate, sesame. Shortbread is nice to have but very pricey. I enjoyed the warm yuzu & honey drink, great pick for afternoon tea
