Loved everything in this bowl. The Hokkaido scallops are huge and fleshy. My favorite part was actually the the ninja rice mixed with the lemon butter sauce. Enjoy eating here without the guilt!

I brought my family of 11 to Cafe Melba for a Sunday Brunch and man, it was sooooooo crowded. We arrived slightly earlier than the lunch crowd so we managed to get a long table indoors. My favourite favourite favourite absolute favourite gotta be the mozzarella stuffed Rosti. Marrying both potatoes and cheese was such a brilliant idea! It was crispy with a slightly chewy cheese center. Perfect 😊👍🏻 The Parma ham pizza and cheese chicken chop was also great! Prices are slightly high but I think for the portion and the ambience, it was completely worth it. Everyone enjoyed their main courses so much but if there was something else we all agreed on, the customer service certainly has room for improvement. The male waiter was passing all the dishes over the ledge instead of making the effort to walk around the corner. With over 10 plates passed every now and then, I felt like I was disturbed from my meal and couldn't eat in peace. 😐
Couldn't decide between the waffle or the honey toast....... But this looked so pretty I just had to give in. I was rather intrigued by the flower shaped waffle and three different kind of complementary sauces. The texture of the waffle was really good but the ice cream was a lil too milky for my liking.
I've heard soooo many mixed reviews about Dazzling Cafe from people around me so I didn't have much expectations when I walked in. It was a Saturday and surprisingly, the place was quite empty. The one thing on the menu that caught my eye was the Mentaiko Pasta. This dish was pretty good but I think I've tried more sinful ones with a stronger Mentaiko taste. But overall, service was FANTASTIC, ambience was FANTASTIC. 👍🏻
This place has really good angmoh dishes with Asian twists like laksa pasta and ramen burgers. Don't know about the burgers but the laksa pasta and this carbonara were both amazing. The carbonara was very rich and creamy but doesn't make you jelat at all, unlike most creamy dishes I've had. Very reasonably priced too. Highly recommended!

3.5 munchies: Not usually a fan of Earl Grey tea, but I'd gladly have this custard puff for dessert or tea anytime. Lightly crisped on the outside and well-puffed and slightly chewy on the inside, the choux was filled with smooth, luscious custard that exuded citrus and strong floral notes. Had the sweetness of the custard been toned down a little, it'd have been an awesome treat!
Knowing all the mixed reviews, I couldn’t help but try Les Patisseries’ Waffle Ispahan with its delicate and lovely color palette. The rose-flavoured waffle was definitely different with the floral notes in the batter and a denser texture but slightly crisp exterior. Embellished with some edible rose petals, lychee chunks, raspberries and a sweet macaron, the scoops of lychee rose and raspberry sorbet was the highlight. Refreshing and light, the raspberry sorbet brought a nice tartness while the lychee rose sorbet delivered an aromatic punch.
Most may find it lacking texture-wise, preferring a waffle with a lighter airy interior and crispier on the outside. However taste-wise the elements were promising and intriguing.
This is a hipster Thai restaurant, some good dishes, if only it isn't this hot (no aircon). Will be back again.
