Lamb ribs were superb! Tender and tasty. Bean salad with wing beans inside 🤘
All in all a great bespoke place to get away from the hustle and bustle. Don’t forget to wash down the meal with a nice glass of single pressed sugar cane or their curated list of drinks 🍹
Sunday brunch buffet at Swissotel cafe swiss. $68++ Won’t go into details, but the must try dishes: roast beef, salmon sashimi, cheese selection, raclette cheese on German sausages and roasted potatoes. For desserts have the dark chocolate fudge cake.

Teapot soup to begin and salmon head hotpot to end, both complimentary from the buffet.
This one hits the spot with its thick grainy salted egg sauce with a hint of spiciness from the chili. Soft shell crab was crunchy, but I wished the portion was slightly bigger though for the price.
