We decided to go for a 2-3 person platter ($65) and create our own favourite second platter. We have added Smoked Buffalo Wings ($8), 350g Angus Short Ribs ($42.35), 100g Angus Brisket Plate ($12.98), 100g Carolina Pulled Pork($12.40), Sweet Potato Fries ($8), Bone Marrow Butter Mashed Potato ($8) onto our platter that consist Brisket Plate, Pork Belly, Smoked Chicken, Pork Ribs, Sausage & Wings w/ Roasted Vegetable and Mashed as our Sides.

I’m a beef eater so I went straight to the brisket as I was craving from my US visit since December and I love it! It was tender with good amount of fats and perfectly charred! AND the short ribs were to die for, the tender juicy soft meat literally fall off the bone without any fork and knife, it’s the best I had for the night. This is a perfect restaurant for a group gathering, perfect barbecue with affordable price point. đŸ‘đŸ»

It’s hard to come by a good, delicious American style barbecue and Red Eye Does it right on point. Starting off with a very sinful “Macho Nacho” ($16) that lowed with fresh salsa, guacamole, cheddar cheese, ranch, chipotle aioli and beans. The chips were crunchy, a little salty but it balanced off with the cheese and fresh salsa. The heat and sourness from the pickled jalapeño and guacamole were my favourite. Perfect starter!

【Alfero Gelato】
There’s always room for gelato! My all-time favourite is always Pistachio and @alferogelato has the creaminess, rich, thick and the smoothness gelato. I would definitely consider the best Pistachio in Singapore. Oh! The best news is it’s 96% fat free as compare to normal ice cream as their gelato only contains 2-9% fat. So it’s definitely “somewhat” guilt-free! 😋

Sichuan Oxtail Soup topped with Spring Onion Arlette (French Puff Pastry) was just a okay dish for us, nothing to “woo-rah” about. But I do love the fact of the daikon is cooked to soft texture and literally soaked up the essence of the broth.

Appetizing Thick Chinese Yam Noodle that were perfectly cooked, the silky-smooth, chewy and “Q” noodle were prepared in classic Hot & Sour Sichuan style with blended millet and garlic as their sauce. Superb innovative and damn flavorful, also another MUST ORDER dish.

Healthy Black Rice cooked to Al dente with sour vegetable in ginger broth with the creaminess from the parmesan cheese served with Hokkaido Scallop, Grilled squid, fried Soy Bean, Spring Onion, Baby Bak Choy topped with Lemon Zest and Ikura - this is a MUST ORDER, lots of texture and damn flavourful it’s so damn good!

Finally get to try the signature ramen here in Chijmes, Singapore. The rich Triple Soup broth consist of pork bones and chicken with umami of Hamaguri clams, topped with Porcini Duxelles sauce and white truffle oil.

Between the Shio & Shoyu, I could taste the clarity of the flavors as Shoyu is more rich and dense while Shio is more well-balanced and satisfying. This ramen is seriously my favourite in Singapore for now. It’s still a 10/10 and I love they gave a free amuse-bouche of rice that simmered with the signature Hamaguri Broth and clams for every diner.
