Definitely a showstopper. 3 layers mille feuille adorned with all my favorite fruits. A surprise and unique pairing that came in the form of rojak flavored cream. Yes... you can truly taste that hae kor (prawn paste) and a hint of torched ginger.

Pretty and pleasant company was I all I need to please my palate.

This you see here is called "ciagel" (hopefully spelling is correct)... a ciabatta inspired by the shape of a bagel. Filled with purple cabbage and ribeye steak. The ciagel was alittle tough to chew but I had more positive feelings for the "fillings".

So what's hanging on the wall? The boss @burnclubst gave us some deets on it swimming to our plates soon. It was pretty much a pretty yummy lunch with my pretty friends @tiara_star @apple_niktik during the pretty eclipse.

So feeling alittle "feline" today, I traipsed my way for the hype.

The little bacon cheeseburger with "all the way" garnishes. Plus the little fries. Some say the buns were soft and fluffy. Fries were crisp and fluffy.. what I had were soft and soggy buns with "jus" dripping on the serviette. Fries were soft with an overwhelming oily taste. I only liked the beef patties because it had that bit of charred crisp edges. And free peanuts while you wait is a very nice touch. I enjoyed the peanuts.

Service was good and fast. Personally, I find this a tad pricey. For me, myself and I, not likely to queue for it again. But if your curiosity and palate needs to be satisfied, go slightly before 11am when queue is shorter. The queue gets really long nearer to lunch.

It was a happy lunch with happy people. Even the plates look happy. Okay, happiness aside. Most liked was the bak kut teh. Abit of a surprise as we were expecting the soupy version. Laksa was tasty, I prefer abit more of that spicy "oomph"!
