One of our faves is this dry aged Wagyu tataki served with fermented soy and Thai basil. Catch #cheekbyjowl at the upcoming Wine Fiesta!

Tender pork on the inside that was well marinated with a delicate crisp casing on the outside and dressed in a well balance sauce. Once Michelin 1* (2012-2013), has since lost its appeal and while the rest of the dishes weren't quite worth the price tag, this was a standout.

The rich and milky matcha ice cream remains consistently good from the last time we tried, almost a year ago. One of our top picks when it comes to matcha dessert!

Happening from 12pm onwards, be sure to try this hay and cherrywood smoked locally farmed pulled duck burger, foie gras espuna, red cabbage slaw watercress and sweet potato fries! Happy Sunday all!
