First time trying this but didn't really like it. Too thick and rich that we only ate half. Recommend getting a small instead of medium if you're here with 3 people.
Loved that the white pepper sauce brings out the natural sweetness of the crab. Might have been the sweetess crab Ive had in my life. The san lou bee hoon was also super shiok cos of all the liao they fry it with.
The food was also just as good as it looked with signature dishes like their truffle hamachi packed within. My favourite row had to be the chriashi don with Miyazaki Wagyu, Prawn and Ikura though 😍

Tried both the original paitan broth and shoyu broth and I prefer the shoyu's lighter taste. The mentaiko potato salad is also damn shiokk.
Plus points for a seriously perfect runny ramen egg!
They're a little oily and not as crispy as I would like but the salted egg flavour is sooo yummy. Can't stop reaching for more chips in the office now 😫

I loved his cooking when he was at L'Opretta but the food at Terra is on a whole new level. I'm already organising my next visit! Looking forward to having my old favourites, cheese risotto and crema catalana again.
Quite a small portion but a lovely mix of vegetables and grains. The pulled pork tasty but not the mushy kind of pulled pork you would expect.

Anyway, Humpback is now open for Sunday brunch! Prices are a little steep but it's a great place to chill over soft rock music and their countless array of brunch cocktails.
Chicken is freshly fried upon order and super juicy. Just wish they had more vegetables on the menu.
