The flavour of the century egg somehow really worked with the salmon. 🤤 .

Tender pork, crisp skin and melt in mouth fats. The stuffed red dates was an interesting element that works. Reminded me of Chinese soup 😆. Achar could be more crunchy but flavour was good.

Mains are between $16-28 which is quite value for money! This new place has a nice quirky interior that brings you away from reality for a while. .
🍴
Right now it’s more local fusion for their menu but we heard that they might be having some Thai fusion 4 months later!

All the way from Singapore, but a sit down rather than takeaway, is fluff!

Cakes and ambience was beautiful.

Only gripe is I see the green but the Pandan flavour doesn’t shine through. Rest of the elements were there, like Gula Melaka and coconut. Cake was soft and fluffy. Nevertheless, a great place to hang out w your girlfriends or lover. ☕️
Strong garlic note that would never be present in Sg chilli crab. Maybe it’s just their rendition?

What I’ve learnt over the past month is that Malaysians have a saltier pref for food as compared to Singaporeans that prefer sweeter. Anyone begs to differ?

Located at ICC Pudu, this would be my get to everyday morning caffeine fix (if I could). This tea is so Gao that it almost taste like coffee. It’s smooth and easy to drink without being too sweet 😋😋
If you love durian and Cendol. Why not have both?! Soft green Cendol that has just enough bite and fragrant coconut + Gula Melaka topped w durian. This will definitely send you to dessert heaven.
This place closes late and is perfect for after dinner desserts!
Not the best photo but if you are looking for late night supper and savory pratas are not your thing, then come have some Chinese dessert!

Yin yang consist of white almond paste and black sesame paste. Super smooth and fragrant!

Egg pudding w goji berries. Goji berries are not the best combi with the egg pudding but it works
I can only say, don’t come to KL and eat Penang char kway Teow 😂😂
If you don’t have time to travel around KL, come straight to Lot 10 hutong, where one of the richest man in Malaysia brought together the 10 best food in KL to the same place.

Thick char Siew slices with springy noodles and fresh wonton. So goooood.
Traditional dim sum place where they make their own dim sum. A container of tea leaves sits at your table and you have to make your own tea.
Some of the unforgettable items include the handmade fish balls and this kaya bao filled w hainaness kaya and coconut flakes.
This charming old shop has supporters that have been going here for the past 30 years.
One of the must eats in KL city. First you get a pot of bubbly goodness and then you mix in the egg. With every bite you get lard goodness. However that is what I rmbed it to be. It seems like standards have dropped since the last time. Pork was too porky and there was not enough lard taste.
The cook is the same, so maybe he had a bad day?
