The meat is tender and just as you will expect, has distinct grill-ed aroma. Worth a try if you're working around the area. Gonna try the beef next!

Prices are surprisingly similar to a Kopitiam Tze char. They are having a promo for fish head curry at $15 (usual price: $22). Decent Tzechar fare in a comfortable setting at very reasonable prices!

My love for this little balls of goodness haven't changed. So imagine my excitement when I finally got to try the famous handmade muachee at HDB Hub. They have 3 sizes, $2.50 , $3.50 and $5.50. You have to go for at least the $3.50 portion for the peanut and black sesame mix. At first bite, it tasted average. But pleasure increases with every bite. The shallot oil really lifts this above all others. Unlike the ones Ou can find in Pasar malam, it is not cloying and doesn't stick to the roof of your cavity. I can really taste the labor of love that goes into it. Hearsay it's the only one in singapore that's still painstakingly handmade, let's hope it stays around a little longer.

Q, springy noodles drenched with a rich broth. Hmmmmmm. And I can only wished that I have more cash on hand to get the $5.90 for more of the crispy chicken cutlet. Such a surprise to find this inside the HDB food court. Look out for RedRing Treasures, they have their own seating.

It's fresh, filling and flavourful. Best of all, very affordable. Won't recommend the teriyaki chicken though, it's dry and tough. I will be back to try more proteins very soon! Tip: I bought the $2.99 value pack of mozzarella cheese to add-on. Great sidekick to have provided you have a fridge nearby to store them. #burpple
Even more disappointing to hear that there it was because of a 1 for 1 promotion. @rafell highly recommended this place. The risotto definitely looked good when it arrived. At $13, the portions and taste are pretty decent. Though I have to add that I was pretty bored after the first few mouthfuls. Gonna try the pastas next! #burpple
In the centre lies the bar, with a Table Tennis table, dartboards and a pool table on the sides. We were lucky there was a soft launch w free flow of their German draft beer and it's AWESOME. I don't think anyone knew about it though.

Located on the 2nd floor of the spanking new Tanjong Pagar Centre, it's a place conducive enough to hang with friends and even by yourself, just as I am right now. No comments on the ☕️ as I'm no expert. #burpple #entertainerapp
I was deciding on the Thai zichar or Chinese zichar 2 stalls down until I saw salted egg chicken rice at the Chinese one. That made my decision so much easier. While the salted egg sauce didn't taste as strong as I will like it, the size and tenderness of the chicken pieces are what differentiates this from other zichar stalls. For the price and convenience, I will definitely be back again to try the prawn paste chicken rice. Mad props to their efficiency, I saw a guy order and received his fried rice in under 3 mins. #burpple
No meat as she requested, and it has guac, which I had I explain to her how it's made with her Favourite fruit.

The owners hail from Ipoh and it's always a joy to have such passion served up on your plates, or bento box in this case. The Sambal Petai is appropriately spicy and flavourful without going overboard. Wash it down with their specially made Ipoh Coffee (Not 3-in-1 okay!) and Hong Kong Milk Tea which is velvety smooth and aromatic. 😋 As it's a really small cafe with only one small table for 2 inside and one table outside, most of their regulars call to order in advance and then takeaway. #burpple
Though we are slightly disappointed that we only managed to get one MasterChef special box, the Grilled Farm Fresh Chicken I got is pretty tasty too! The chicken was tender and has this unexplainable texture at certain parts that. It was springy and loaded with flavour 😋
Thank you @rainrainegoaway for the orders! #burpple
