$65. A meal in a Portuguese restaurant is not complete without their national dish- the Bacalhau - salted dried cod fish. There’s a smell that reminded me of the Kiam Hee - dried salted fish we see in the market.
Owner is partially deaf so the order is made by pointing to pictures. Pretty good. And I do discern a difference when there’s little or no queue - presumably owner could spend more TLC time pan-frying to have more crisp. Ordered a medium $6 plate here. Prices start at $5.
$10.50 Eggs any style on choice of brioche, sourdough or croissant. Pictured here: sunny side up with sourdough
Ginormous pain au chocolat, largest I’ve ever seen!
Expect to queue during meal times.
$22 poached eggs, San Marzano tomatoes, avocado 🥑, pine nuts, yellow frisee salad, buttered sourdough.
$12 crispy toasted buttered (yes! 🧈) sourdough.
$10.50 Dark Chocolate Mousse, Chocolate Meringue, Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Praline Feuilletine
Their signature cake. Worth the calories 😬
$8.95 Generous slap of crunchy peanut butter with sliced banana on toasted sourdough. Drizzle of honey and chia seeds. This can get addictive… 🥜 🍌 🍞 🍯
