Known for their chococro (chocolate croissants), what I love is their green tea latte. Super smooth with a strong hint of matcha, it's silky and goes down easily. We also had the soft serve ice cream with warabi mochi, green tea ice cream and azuki ($8.20). The serving doesn't seem like much at first it's actually enough for two people. Thought the azuki was too sweet but I really loved the soft serve and mochi :)
Burger Italiano, Rump Steak and Crispy Squid. Burger was good, lettuce was super fresh and the tomatoes were juicy and tangy. Bread was slightly charred but added a nice smokey taste. Would have preferred if the steak was more flavourful though! Squid wasn't crispy :( Loved the truffle tagliatelle when I came previously!
I waned the matcha cube loaf, but it was sold out by the time I reached (around 830pm) so I settled for the chocolate croissant instead! I thought the drinks and pastries were really good, and they had excellent service too. Bonus: the tables are white so they make for pretty instaworthy photos 😊
Choose from how hard you want your noodles to be, as well as what soup you like. The waiters and chefs are all Japanese, and are really cute and earnest! For less than $15 to eat authentic ramen and with free flow eggs, this is one spot I always head to to satisfy my cravings. Their gyoza is good too
Found my new favourite cafe omg their food was amazing + music and decor was good tooooooo
So good! Ordered my usual beef pho that was hearty and a joy to eat, and young coconut juice (fresh and sweet). We splurged and got a few sides - the soft shell crab was a tad oily but good, as was the prawn spring roll. I'd skip the fried bananas that we had for dessert though, tasted a bit strange.
Found a new favourite cake place! Paddlepop and red velvet cakes were good and reasonably priced. Super moist cakes and the cream wasn't too heavy or fatty tasting. They also have a wide variety of hot teas that go very well with the cakes, and they top up the hot water for you :)

Headed down for Sakura's Dinner buffet, and I was pleasantly surprised! Loved the oyster omelette, split prawn, Liu sha bao and egg tart. However, the second time I went down, food was lukewarm and very haphazard, and top-ups took a while. Still a lot better than the old SAKURA though! Paid around $35 per pax for dinner
Beef Jowl with garlic confit, this beef was so good that I could polish off all 8 pieces by myself and eat it as a main course. Slightly chewy with perfect ratio of marbling, it went very well with the sharpness of the leaf
