The ebiko prawn paste were springy and delicious as always, but the size was terribly disappointing. Used to be much bigger. Felt very let down.
Very special this one. Almost no soy sauce taste, just very fragrant and light floral tea flavor. The eggs were done perfectly, with well cooked whites and jam-like creamy yoke. Mmmmm...
Very well marinated and crispy hot. One of the best side dishes they have. A must-order item.
The usual tendon came with 2 prawn tempura and assorted vege tempura, but I asked to replace the vege with prawns to make this ebi tendon. The prawns were quite large despite not being Ooebi. Very satisfying.
Used Burpple beyond for this. The mushrooms were plentiful but the pasta was too spicy and too much pepper was used. I couldn’t finish it.
This was the large size. From Huat Huat stall. I liked the spicy kick. Lots of eggs were used. I liked this better than the one from 5 Spice at Jewel.
This was the best dish of the night. The sotong was fresh and very crispy. The crunch was still strong even at the end of the meal. The sugary butter bits were really yummy. I picked out as much as possible, would have licked the plate if I could. I think salted egg was used too. So good.
This was the large size. Basically grilled boneless chicken thigh glazed with Balinese-styled sweet and savory sauce. Not spicy. It was absolutely delicious.
This had only one size. The beef was very tender and the dry spice paste was delicious. Very flavorful. Not very oily. One of the best I’ve tried.
Quite spicy but seasoned perfectly. Vege was fresh and the gravy was great with rice.
The choc lace ice cream was out of stock. This was recommended and indeed it was good. The milky latte flavor was not too sweet. Very nice. The server offered to cut it in half for me, which was very helpful when sharing.
Pretty sweet but the choc taste was nice. Very quiet on a weekend night. Very relaxing atmosphere.
