Introducing the surprise find of the day, cold noodles! Served with carrot bits, nata de coco, Ham strips, crab sticks strips along with fresh lychees, cucumbers and a little wasabi, was this delicious yummy fusion bowl of noodles that can be found in many foodie areas in Hong Kong! It was a cold, sweet and yet spicy(wasabi) kind of dish and the lychee juices helped it achieve a very unique cooling taste! The owners were winners of an entrepreneurship TV show and gosh this was good stuff at $22 HKD!

The fish balls were too overwhelming while the wontons were good. The noodles were pretty decent, overall a pretty pleasant taste, would have been better if I had ordered just only the wontons, the chili oil was pretty good too!

Whole shrimps in wontons. Water chestnut, mushrooms, black fungus and marinated pork in dumplings. Despite the small portion and $5SGD price tag. This is the best wonton noodles soup I ever ate in my life.

The price of wonton mees in Hong Kong are so high and have you wondered why? Through my days there, most of it goes to the rent and according to how much you are paying you get varying qualities of wonton. This cheap version offers some shrimp and a mixture of well marinated pork. My verdict? A good 4/5 for this price and serving!

Situated in an almost underground right within the car park, serving this bowl of noodles since 1950s within Sha Tin district of Hong Kong. Serving the neighborhood folks with wallet friendly prices at really good quality and quantity (5 wontons and a lot of noodles). This is worth the hunt of many foodies.

One of those rare restaurants that serve really big sized prawns in their dumplings! Not cheap though at 35HKD, but pretty alright for such quality!

Whole shrimps with small pork servings in each wonton while the dumplings had a mixture of meat and herbs which didn't appeal much to me. 4.5/5 for the wonton Mee and 3/5 for the dumpling noodles. Still trying my best to differentiate the soup bases of different restaurants as they are all too similar...

Tried something different, I would say it's best not to mix these two, isn't really as nice as expected.

A rare find of wonton Mee at the price of$19 HKD and yet with a full shrimp inside each wonton. (元洲街 look for a red signboard saying special chili oil). It was pretty worth the price and much better than those found in shopping malls!

Being a Bak Chor Mee lover, how could I stand not eating it for 5 days? So before my flight I checked early into terminal 2 to have the legendary Tai Wah version before it closes around 11pm! The noodles were not as well cooked but gosh it's soup was so awesome because it was cooked for an entire day! The rich taste that came with every bite of the flat fish make one feels so orgasmic! Having this at 11pm is just so Shiok and sinful!
