This cocktail features Dark Rum, Batida Coconut, Pecan Praline, Taro Ice Cream, Pumpkin, Milk, Autumn Spice, Himalayan Pink Salt. The booze is strong, and the milky texture reminds me of melon sago. It comes with chips and replica abacus seeds, adding to the theme. However, the taro flavour was quite subtle, and overall, this was our least favourite, feeling like a letdown.
Made with Gin, Vodka, White Grape and Orchid Cordial, Midori Melon Liqueur, Fresh Citrus, Peach Bitters, Orchird Scent. A sweet and zesty cocktail, with a vibrant green hue that blends floral and fruity notes, inspired by the flower display inside the dome.
