Gelato wasn't impressive - it felt a bit sticky and the flavours were mostly misses. To be safe, get the black sesame! The waffles on the other hand, were superb. Crisp, fluffy and eggy, I could eat them on their own. The single scoop of gelato was very generous! $8.90 with the waffle, very worth it. Great respite from shopping at NEX!

Fried rice and hongkong style noodle were quite good. Give the sweet and sour pork a miss as it was rather tough and bland. Also had half a deep fried duck ($18) which looked very dry but was okay. I like the homemade barely drink here!

The roasted meat here is super good! The sio bak skin was still crackling right down to the last piece. Meat was tender and the fats almost burst in the mouth. I believe a good Char siew must have some fats, and this didn't disappoint. This is definitely worth a visit!

Enjoyed the fish & chips. Batter remained crispy even after quite a while and fish was fresh! Comes with chilli crab sauce and salted egg yolk sauce which was served separately. Very thoughtful! Also had the raclette cheese fries which came with too little cheese (isn't that always the case). But dip it into the free flow salted egg yolk sauce and all is good. You can also get a large pot of fried porridge or roast meat platter to share, all from the same coffeeshop!

Crepe cakes were of varying standards. The rum and raisin was very dry and stodgy and tasted more like chocolate. The raspberry yogurt was better, light and slightly tart with soft crepe layers.

Very good hazelnut and pistachio flavour! So nutty and creamy! Very worth it for $7.50 double scoops! Cone is crunchy and good too. Get the cone!

Soy sauce fried chicken was super good! The savoury sweet soya sauce was perfect with the lightly battered chicken. The chicken meat itself was fresh and tender, one of the better Korean fried chicken around! This 4 piece chicken cost $20++.

The broth is good! Full of seafood goodness and spicy. Pretty little seafood given, pieces of squid prawns and mussels here and there. I would recommend sharing between 2 people.

BBQ pork was tiny bits of candied bacon, quite like bah kwa. Pretty disappointing. Maybe they should rename it to better manage expectations. The cheese is everything though. Complex flavours form the mixture of mozzarella, Parmesan and feta. I didn't get jelat and thought the portion was pretty small.

Mentaiko sauce was very much mayonnaise and overpowered everything, brioche was quite stale tasting and bleh. The dill makes it all better though! And the presentation was on point.

The rice was quite wet, and overall felt like it was just a tiny step up from the average food court Korean food stall. The crispy seafood does help with the umami factor though! Priced at $14++. The portion is suitable for 1 pax.

Not too sweet, pretty smooth mango purée with chunks of sweet mango and pomelo! Shop space is rather small though, probably more catered for takeaways.
