I may be biased because I love 4 angled beans but this dish was really very good. The addition of pineapples made a huge difference. It gave the tangy and savoury dish a little hint of sweetness. Super yummy! This was my favourite dish for the night.

I love, repeat LOVE this! Can have this every day! Right balance of flavours, it was the perfect salad for our meal. This is possibly the best four angled bean salad I've had. It comes to par with one prepared by a good friend many moons ago and she's one of the best cooks I know.
Start your meal here with this refreshing number to give your taste buds a jolt. The menu description listed green mango ingredient but I suspect it was replaced by pineapple instead, which I thought went really well with the savouriness of the hae bee and tempered the heat of the belacan too.
Four-angled bean โ that crunch is to die for โ tossed with beautifully tart green mango, fragrant ginger flower, and green and red chilli strips. Scented with kaffir lime leaves, accented with the umami of dried shrimp, and packed with the punch of sambal belacan, I wanna eat this every day. Ok, that's all.
Every meal at @folkloresg should include the 4 Angled Bean Salad. Meticulously cut into very thin slices, the four-angled beans are tossed with small cubes of mangos, red and green chillies, ginger flower and kaffir lime leaves in a mouthwatering sauce made with sambal belachan.
Heritage-style cooking can produce really rich results (which is precisely why I enjoy the dishes here), so the crunchy brightness from by this zingy salad makes for a welcome cut-through.
