I loved how this dish brought yet another layer of flavour to the table. Mixed with seaweed, sesame and bits of crab, the rice carried a savoury depth with a gentle seafood sweetness that made each bite feel full and satisfying. The texture leaned toward that Korean style, slightly sticky, hearty and perfect for scooping straight from the pan. It was very flavourful, a comforting finish that contrasted nicely with the clean taste of the steamed crab and the bold spice of the ramyeon.
