Both roasted pigeon and claypot entrails were so good😋

Enjoyed the roasted pigeon with crispy skin and mostly lean meat, and there’s refreshing lime juice provided to clear the palate, nice!

The claypot entrails were good too, no gamey smell, the sauce taste was quite distinct, making this dish good to go with rice.

Da Ge Fan stood by their motto, free dish for >30min wait! Thanks for the complimentary white sugar sponge cake! Not too sweet, nice!
