Got the vongole, carbonara and truffle mushroom arancini! All of which were absolutely delicious!

The vongole tasted strongly of wine and fragrant garlic. I especially loved how generous they were with the fresh clams.

The carbonara was made right! The cheese did not overpower the dish but rather, added creaminess and saltiness. The sous vide egg was a nice touch too.

The arancini was crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. Cheese lovers NEED to try this!
