Oh my god.
Yet another discovery. This one was stunningly good, and I'm really glad my love for puddings paid off marvelously in the last pudding I try in Japan.
Firmly in the creamier side of textures, the super fluffy texture won me over immediately. Furthermore, there's this particular taste to it. Id say it's very close to an Uber strong milkiness, but that still doesn't quite capture it. Wtv the case, the pudding is godly
But it is not perfect. Unfortunately, the caramel is way too bitter.
I can't believe a convenience mart pudding almost took first place in my rankings.
