($8.50) taste much better than previously I have order it b4. its got nutty, umami and bitter aftertaste.

($5.50) I finally tried another matcha version beside sea salt matcha. its much between sour and bitter taste but a bit milky texture.
($8.50) ($1 for iced) least caffeine matcha as they shared with me but then I felt that it's quite light and not bitter matcha as I thought of. I cannot differentiate between jasmine or matcha tbh but taste a bit weird for me as I am too used to drink bitter matcha.
This is my second time at Fatcat! Visited years ago when they were at Bedok! Now they have reopened at Kovan at 15 Simon Road!
However, the Kovan outlet doesn't have any proper table and chair seatings. Only small side tables or a standing table area. Not a very convenient place if you want to enjoy the waffle and ice cream in comfort!
Here is what we got
-Brown Butter Waffle ($7.50) with Osmanthus Oolong and Yuzu Matcha ($10 for double scoop)
The Yuzu Matcha was a pretty interesting flavour! Japanese Green tea + Fresh Kochi Yuzu.
As for the Osmanthus Oolong, I kept thinking it will taste like the White Chrysanthemum Osmanthus Oolong, but it wasn't, this had a stronger tea flavour. I prefer something lighter!

It had a nice creamy consistency which indicated a good ice-cream
.
Overall, the dark chocolate flavour really hits me/punch me with the flavour but somehow the peppermint aftertaste was really weird which tasted like smoke
