It’s been a while since I had Korean BBQ and Flower Pig 360 is currently my favourite KBBQ place in Singapore!
We ordered Pork Set C ($99) which includes Aged Black Pork Belly (300g), Aged Black Pork Neck (150g) and Aged Black Pork Jowl (150g). The pork is amazing - it is tender, aromatic and juicy. The pork jowl is especially soft. We also ordered Wagyu Brisket (180g - $38) - the marinate is sweet but not overpowering. Overall, the meat is marinated and cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious.
There is a wide variety of complementary sides as well, which includes tteokbokki, steamed egg with cheese and japchae on top of the usual sides such as kimchi, fish cake and potato salad. Love the selection!
Definitely a place I will return to to satisfy my next KBBQ craving!
