Like the charred iberico pork ribs, pretty lean (with just some fats) and absence of unpleasant gamey smell, not bad at all!
Heavily seasoned (something like teriyaki sauce) & charred pork ribs (boneless), goes really well with the rice and onsen egg, yum!😋
