A bit of an overstatement of a name, but it really is a damn good cocktail. Mixed with rum, sugarcane and lime juice, the drink looks deceptively simple but it’s a very complex drink. It’s fruity, tangy and has a sweet finish from the sugarcane. I’m not even a big fan of rum but this cocktail may have changed that.
