Sautéed banana, macadamia brittle, mascarpone & maple syrup definitely makes up the ultimate French toast 😁
Super pretty looking poached eggs served on juicy and well seasoned portobello mushroom and vege with soft fluffy buns beneath! It was soooo good I wanted somemore! However during my second visit the poached eggs weren't as pretty and the taste just 'wasn't there'

Two slices of French toast topped with a dollop of peanut butter, caramalised banana & drizzled with maple syrup, served with 2 slices of applewood smoke bacon, yum yum! Would prefer it to have more syrup though, but still good!
