Dessert / Sweet Treats
Smooth vanilla bean custard with a crisp sugar top that cracks just right. Not too sweet, not too heavy—just a clean, satisfying finish to the meal. Bonus points for the fresh berries on top. Would order again if I’m craving something light but indulgent 》$10
Warm, crispy pastry with soft caramelised apples inside, like a fancy strudel but not too sweet. The vanilla gelato on crushed pistachios was a nice touch, added some crunch and creaminess. Loved the hot-cold contrast. Not too sweet, just a comforting end to the meal 》$12
Desserts were a pleasant way to wrap things up. Atsuki panna cotta came with red bean jelly and mochi. It’s mildly sweet and soft, easy to enjoy. Warabi mochi was just classic soft Japanese mochi with sweet red bean paste, light and chewy. The tempura banana was the most indulgent of the lot. Batter-fried banana with black sugar, gula melaka, coconut ice cream, and sago.
Overall, a decent finish to the buffet. Not the highlight but a sweet little send-off.
Chewy, gooey, and packed with dark chocolate. That sprinkle of sea salt makes every bite pop 》$4
Açaí has that perfect mix of refreshing tartness and berry-like sweetness, making it a solid base for an indulgent yet wholesome treat. The Nutty Party takes it up a notch with a delicious balance of crunch and creaminess — sweet banana slices, golden granola, a medley of nuts, and cacao nibs, all working together to keep things interesting.
The Pistachio sauce drizzle brings a bold, nutty creaminess that elevates everything, making each spoonful feel extra decadent. If pistachio sauce isn't your pick, you can also choose from other drizzles like honey, nutella, cookie butter, almond butter, peanut butter or cashew butter for your own twist 》$15.80 / Large
Served warm, the crispy flour tortillas were coated in cinnamon sugar and paired with vanilla ice cream, chocolate hazelnut sauce, and fresh fruits.
But sadly, the flavours didn’t quite come together. The tortilla was overwhelmingly dominant and despite all the toppings, I found it hard to taste much else and I ended up not finishing it 》$16
The citrusy honey lemon hits just right, not too sweet, and the aiyu jelly is light and silky. The peach gum and popping boba adds that unique, bouncy texture and makes it feel extra wholesome. Served with slices of fresh lemon, this bowl not only tastes vibrant but looks as inviting as it feels on the palate. It’s light, cooling, and doesn’t leave you feeling heavy.
Its super refreshing, perfect for SG’s heat and even better, it’s redeemable with Burpple Beyond! (U.P. $7.90 Each)
The custard itself is smooth and creamy. Its medium firmness maintains its form but melts in the mouth. It is also not obscenely sweet with a slight hint of vanilla 》$15
Tokyo Banana-inspired dessert by Chef Derek Cheong made with roasted banana ice cream, peanut butter ganache, peanut sponge and a drizzle of coffee caramel. It really does taste like Tokyo Banana!

Sticky date pudding made from Medjool dates, gula apong butterscotch, Madagascar vanilla ice cream, peanut streusel and orange perfume. It was nice watching the chef in action spraying rum and blow torching it before serving it to us. What a nice sweet treat to share and end the meal with some hints of alcohol 》$12
Thanks Burpple for the invite and QĪN for hosting 🙂

I'm in a relationship with food. Why can't we just declare our never ending love and vows towards some food item? I'm sure that would not result in divorces.
