Serving the BEST Dosa! Because they made it upon ordered, so the waiting time might be at least 10 minutes.

Once the dosa was served, it's buttery aroma triggered my drooling "button" (actually it smelled better any waffle or pancake I tried).
Inside the crispy dosa, trapped the potato masala which provided the dish with a more filling texture.

Most people might think that Indian food is hot and spicy. They might not be super hot but usually filled with flavors from the spices and very exciting to eat. Because you can never image itself taste by its look (just like this dosa).
