Great clean eating/ after gym option! They have a wide selection of food ranging from grain bowls, buckwheat pancakes to icy refreshing Açaí bowls!
For the small option, you get the choice of 1 Base, 1 Main, 1 Premium Side, 3 Sides, 1 Topping
Base: Quinoa (loved how crusty the quinoa tasted and the plump raisins added the omph!) other options include brown rice, zoodles, sweet potato, mesclun salad, bulgur wheat
Main: Salmon fillet ($2 supplement) sadly the salmon was really over cooked and hard to get through. For the same top up, I should have gotten the sashimi salmon instead. Some interesting mains include vegan chicken and vegetable patty
Premium Side: pickled pumpkin & radish. Did not quite enjoy this as I feel that the sour-ish taste is rather overwhelming. Interesting options include dairy free coleslaw, scrambled eggs, rye bread etc
Sides: broccoli, sautéed baby corn, zoodles. Go for the beetroot hummus if you like hummus!
Topping: furikake (yum!!!) pick your poison, garlic crumbs, crispy shallots, almond flakes, crispy buckwheat, goji berry. I’m sure they all enhance the bowl all the same!
My fav part of this grain bowl is my choice of dressing - ginger vinaigrette! It is zesty and refreshing with white seeds. Drizzle on the quinoa and they make a lovely combination!! Other fun dressing include truffle vinaigrette, miso sesame, green curry, mentaiko mayo etc.
What a fun bowl to create! And even more enjoyable to dig into! 😊🙏
First time checking this out after the revamped menu. A lot of items have been removed from the main feeds, like hummus, tortilla chips, croutons, egg whites etc. The concept feels more like grain traders now, with fancy (marinated or mix with other items) cold and hot sides instead of the basic ingredients. They have also narrowed down their long list of dressings!
The signature chili is SUPER spicy with all that chili padis in it!! But this is the first salad shop I’ve come across with legit chilli and not just a spicy dressing like those Thai inspired ones.
Another noteworthy item would be the beetroot hummus. The consistency is similar to the old regular hummus but the beetroot one has a hint of sweetness. Also enjoyed the spicy blackened chicken a lot! It has a smokey intense flavor!

Had the 6 toppings and added the chicken thigh, which was really flavorful and well seasoned! Tried a different dressing today too, lemon vinaigrette, which was light and uplifting
Took salmon, smashed sweet potatoes, mushrooms and broccoli 😝 everything was so good! Doneness of the salmon is perfect. Only gripe is that I do not know where the sauce I chose went! Wish it could be served separately for dipping or to be tasted on its own!
Seared tuna, daikon, cucumber, edamame, spinach, seaweed, bonito flakes, soy, mirin. Flavorful yes, but drenched with dressing making it too salty :/ but love the crunch on the veggies 😁
Behind the people from sarnies! I got the fresh thyme Roast beef [$6] broccoli with chili flakes & almond [$2] pimp chopped salad [$2] baby corn with paprika [$2] shimeiji & button mushrooms [$2] roasted carrots with cumin [$2] guacamole [$2] this place reminded me of grain traders for they also offer grain options like chickpeas, cous cous, lentils, brown rice etc. it was good overall and being able to customize is always a bonus. Beef was slightly on the dry side, but totally saved by the creamy guac, the roasted veggies & the earthiness of the mushrooms!
