Desserts
Everyone posts about the dumplings but no one posts about this BEAST of a crepe cake and that is injustice. Thick layers of semi-solid condensed milk are dressed in a honeyed brown sugar streusel that tastes oddly similar to Biscoff, and the result is a decadent Russian classic that you absolutely must complete your meal with.
The sticky sauce was superb and it went really well with the ice cream and the cake. Absolutely stunning! Just get this and dont question.
P.S. make sure to share though as the sauce might be too sweet for 1 person to finish the dessert
Absolutely blown away by this dessert. Tau huay's texture was on point, it just disintegrates in your mouth but holds its shape well if you don't touch it. The coconut flavour also comes through brilliantly. The honey ice cream has such an amazing honey taste. Every component is great on its own. Really difficult to reconstruct people's childhood, put a modern twist on it so subtly but surely and execute everything well. The salted butter cookie crumble provided a refreshing texture. This for me is deserving of being served in a Michelin establishment if not for 2 minor issues: tapioca balls have a honey note which is a repetition, and the strong flavours of the other elements end up overpowering the coconut tau huay(and there isn't really a easy resolution to this problem since the coconut flavour is already there on its own)
Overall fantastic dish and this level of thought into a dish is simply unbelievable. Starting to love the idea of this place, when they execute crowd favourites perfectly but instead of revolutionising it, they just put a small spin on it to make it theirs
Out of the three desserts we tried, this fared best. The lemon tart's filling was quite set and not curd-like, plus the crust was a let down. The puffs were something different, blanketed and baked with chocolate (but I like the drier sort of choux shells, so I wasn't a big fan).
While this was not very boozy, it was good enough if you need a sweet finalƩ.
The charcoal vanilla soft serve ice cream was smooth but hardly had any taste - more like just cold sugary cream. But it went well with the waffle (mix of hot & cold) & brought out the root beer taste slightly

The puff was soooo good, crunchy on top and chewy on the bottom, ice cream was great didn't melt too fast and was chewy and Super tasty!!! Loved it really affordable too only $3.90 per puff
Blue pea sea salt ice cream on puffone and a free ice cream because we guessed the correctly for the mysterious flavor. They have a new mysterious flavor every month. So go there to see whether you can figure what is the mysterious flavor.
Price per pax: Under $10
Havenāt been here in a bit, happy to see that thereās a new flavour, and my all-time favourite at that (ok, I have many favorites).
As usual, the gelatos are consistently smooth and creamy. Earl Grey with Lemongrass was very refreshing and well-balanced while Pistachio (additional $1) was delightful but slightly on the sweeter side.

My last visit here was almost 2 years ago and this is still a lovely dessert I'll recommend here. The brownie was chewy and moist at the same time with a layer of red velvet mixed with cheese atop the brownie. The only let down is probably the drop in the quality of vanilla bean ice cream, but the brownie is still just as awesome.
What do you do when you're craving a cold nutritious treat in the CBD? Why, you head on over to Seed and Soil for creamy, luscious scoops of acai! My favourite part is that they're not watered down into smoothies like other places, and they're topped with chewy mulberries, raw granola, nuts, and goji berries. Oh my, it tastes ever so decadent, reminiscent of a naughty ice cream sundae than a feel good snack.
Raw cacao + peanut butter + bananas + coconut flakes, fruits, berries
For that anti-oxidant and protein kick!
Perfect match of raw cacao powder and bananas, this is the perfect go-to food for a hot and sunny weekday lunch.
Looking for something interesting to try? You can head down to Small Potatoes Ice Creamery located at Square2 mall basement 1. The cream is thick and has a pleasant yam taste that isn't too sweet. We chose the $7.50 cup which has mini sweet purple potatoes, crispy rice and purple potato chips. It's a little pricy for a soft serve but the taste and texture justifies the cost.
