Light Bites & Drinks

We saw this in The White Lotus so ordered haha. They're risotto rice balls stuffed with buffala, mozzarella and carrot purée. Unfortunately kinda normal.

No complaints taste-wise. Quite small plate.

Trash. It's so diluted.

Honestly the way it's put together is weird. There's something incongruent about it.

Novel. Sort of a reconstructed bbcc. I didn't like it though hahaha.

Dumb name. Fresh and the fiancee liked it. Too thick for me. I picked yuzu sauce, which was not bad.

Rougamo is such a wonderful thing and they wrecked it. Unique flavour but meat's little and kinda dry. Worse, the bun wasn't crispy nor fragrant.

Fun snack but damn spicy.

Refreshing.

This attracted me as it has 12 Korean medicines and it's non-alcoholic. I ended up regretting. It tasted like the powdered drink from TCM, which I already hate but now I'm paying extra for?

Lovely chicken that also comes with eggplant.

Shoyu-brushed corn that's fried and torched and served with shichimi. Horse mackerel breaded and fried.
