So Far~ My Favourite~

Order homemade pasta and both turns out to be surprising good~ 1. Stracci Ai Gamberi E Capesante (handmade pasta with scallops, prawns, green peppercorn with saffron cream sauce) the thin slice homemade pasta goes well with the sauce which made it very tasty~ scallops and prawns were fresh too~ 2. Ravioli Con Carne di Manzo Al Gorgonzola (ravioli filled with minced beef, served with light Gorgonzola cheese sauce) the Ravioli dough was tender and goes well with the cheese sauce~ always love creamy cheese sauce although it is sinful~ in conclusion both pasta taste like classic Italian homemade pasta and definitely won’t go wrong~ you should give a try too~
