💬: definitely not as shiok as the ones we had in Vietnam, but still a pretty good bowl nonetheless

💬: Saw someone's review on this and I was lowkey excited for it but it was pretty meh, can pass!
💸: $12
💬: Comes with glass noodles, meat slices & balls in a slightly sour, hardly spicy soup
Not bad but I definitely prefer the OG pho

🤔: MUST EAT in Vietnam! Had this twice on our trip and it was super delish both times <333333 Easily the yummiest thing we had in that 7 days

🤔: I’ve always enjoyed the light flavour of the soup, finding it a healthy but comforting taste. However, this bowl of pho, which consisted of soft translucent rice noodle, tender beef, as well as an abundance of spring onions, all the usual components of pho, came with a surprisingly robust soup. Instead of a light-flavoured soup, there was a deeper, richer flavour to this soup. Not exactly sure what their secret to the broth was, but it was definitely the best bowl of pho bo I’ve ever had.
P.s: The fried dough fritter is a must get! Absorbs the broth really well although it is a tad bit oily, but definitely worth the calories ;-)
