Simple ingredients of greens, mushrooms, sprouts, and a sizzling hot pot together with gochuchang gives you a fulfilling and heart-warming bowl of bibimbap. It’s well balanced between savoury and sweet, and the greens gave it the crunch and texture to this simple dish. A pity though is that it lacks some form of protein to make this dish complete.
