The butter chicken was packed full of flavour with a balance of sweet and savoury. The creamy and mildly spiced tomato sauce went well with both the naan and the fluffy biryani rice.

Presented like a treasure chest, the briyani was served in a cavernous deep dish and sealed with a thin layer of baked prata. Buried inside was a large chicken thigh, a hard-boiled egg and filled with colourful basmati rice. The chicken was a tad dry but the basmati rice was fluffy, flavourful and fragrant as the spices sifted through the long grains. A good companion with all the curry and masala dishes. 👍

This rustic-furnished establishment serves up authentic contemporary North Indian cuisine and is crowned the BIB GOURMAND by the Michelin Guide Singapore. Ideal for group sharing, the specially curated sampler platter of meat kebabs came with Malai Kebab, Chicken Tikka, Mutton Seekh Kebab, Murg Pudina and Fish Tikka. The spices marinate seeped well into the chunky charred pieces, making them tasty, juicy and aromatic. The mutton kebab didn't even taste gamey. A definite choice for all first-timers, especially if you love your meat!
