Buffets

Desserts bar wasn’t as extensive as the high tea one but they still had the peanut roll 🥜, and I’d suggest going for the matcha cake and chocolate fudge ball (ok I forgot the name it’s the round thing)

Another one of my recommended dim sum items: Liu Sha Bao! Salted egg yolk was so warm and thick, better than many dim sum places out there imo

One of the softest char siew Bao I’ve had! They didn’t skimp on the filling either! I know it’s not the go to buffet item, but really... go and get it

The sushi and sashimi spread was impressive, look at that Unagi and salmon.... YUM!

Saturday Lunch Buffet (~$64++) was a SPREAD 😛 From fresh seafood (which got replenished so quickly thanks to the efficient staff) like crab/hotate/oysters/prawns, to fresh sashimi and sushi 🍣 , there were so many options 😍
